Medical and preventive and health-sanitary Republican Unitary Subsidiary Enterprise is the successor of the largest health-care part of the Republic of Belarus - Minsk Tractor Works, founded in March 1, 1947. For more than a half century history our enterprise, gaining years of experience in medical care to the largest industrial enterprise, has become the flagship of the Republic in the field of health care for all populations.

Boarding house "Rudnya” is located in Logoisk district, Minsk region, in a picturesque forest on the bank of the lake, in ecologically clean place. Boarding house can take 250 people for recreation and treatment. People accommodation is in double rooms with all conveniences. Medical base is designed for 100 beds. For successful treatment of patients the base is fitted with advanced equipment, and only high qualified specialists work in the boarding house. Staff of boarding house offer individuals to improve their health with the following diseases:

• circulatory system;
• respiratory apparatus (non-tuberculous nature);
• musculoskeletal system;
• digestive apparatus.

Every corner of nature is unique. Operating the year round, the boarding house "Rudnya" quickly gained a great popularity. The salubrious climate, high efficiency of treatment, optimal service, and kindly spirit of the staff made famous the boarding house, not only in our country but also outside the Republic of Belarus.

The boarding house is located in a pine forest, rich in flora and fauna on the bank of the picturesque lake. The bank of the lake is equipped with beach and dock with the catamarans, which can be used by people during the summer. Amateur of fishing can fish. A lot of mushrooms and berries grow in the surrounding forest.

The area around the boarding house is a sanatory area, controlled by the sanitary and environmental services, here is significantly restricted or prohibited any other economic activity. The radiation level in the sanatory area and far beyond its borders is within the normal limits. People, coming in our boarding house, receive comprehensive treatment using balneology, climatic and other medical factors.
