Semi-mounted reversible plough PPО.6.30/45

Plough PPО.6.30/45 is intended for tillage of previously cultivated stony soils with specific resistance to 0.09 МPа (0.9 kgf/cm²), foul with stones to 100 mm in diameter and other obstacles. Ploughs can operate on all types of mineral soils with moisture of cultivated layer to 30%, with height of stubble and herbage to 25 cm.

Plough is mounted on tractors: BELARUS 3022DV, BELARUS 3022.

Frame consists of some beams connected by means of brackets in unified bearing structure. Structure of basic beam – pipe with outside square section 200x200, special heat-treated for providing a high structural strength and service life.

Easy spring protection system allows the bodies to pass smoothly stones and other obstacles and automatically return in initial state that provides stability of bodies operation at soil tillage of various texture, consistency and moisture. Bodies spring safety devices exclude a use of oil and nitrogen, applied in hydropneumatic system of bodies’ protection.

Irregular semidigger shape of body provides the required layer pulverization and good trash burial to 25 cm height. Plough point is strengthened by reversible chisel. All wearing parts of bodies are made of high-quality steel and heat treated.

Traverser provides stability of plough at transportation and at operation.

Adjustment of bodies’ coverage is made by means of bodies rearrangement on holes.
