Semi-mounted plough PPN.8.30/50 for systematic plowing

Plough PPN.8.30/50 is intended for tillage of previously cultivated stony soils with specific resistance to 0.09 MPa (0.9 kgf/cm²), foul with stones to 100 mm in diameter and other obstacles. Ploughs can operate on all types of mineral soils with moisture of cultivated layer to 30%, with height of stubble and herbage to 25 cm.

Plough is mounted on tractors: BELARUS 2022, BELARUS 2522, BELARUS 2102, BELARUS 2822 and BELARUS 3022.

Integral frame, easy spring protection system allows the bodies to bypass smoothly the stones and other obstacles and automatically to return to initial position that provides stability of bodies operation at tillage of soils with various texture, consistency and moisture. Spring safety locks of bodies exclude the use of oil and nitrogen applied in hydropneumatic system of bodies’ protection.

Irregular semidigger shape of body provides the required layer pulverization and good trash burial to 25 cm height. Plough point is strengthened by reversible chisel. All wearing parts of bodies are made of high-quality steel and heat treated.

Rear steer wheel with operating depth adjustment maintains the required tilling depth at plough operation and provides a high maneuverability, moving directly in the tractor tracks.

Infinitely variable changing system of bodies’ coverage by means of tractor hydraulic system provides ability to choose the most optimal operation mode depending on soil conditions and efficiently uses of tractor power at various soil-climatic conditions.
