“RUE MTW Training Center” was established in the structure of marketing division by the order of general director RUE “MTW” №460 of 14.09.2005. The Center has consolidated earlier separated (performed by another factory subdivisions) training functions of specialists, engaged in selling, running and servicing of RUE “MTW” machinery. The training center is staffed by teachers on the staff (from former experienced workers from engineering and marketing divisions) and furthermore, has a possibility to get other plant specialists to take part in lecturing and conducting the practical trainings. Three classes are established and equipped with modern facilities and training programs, and also with split tractor models; here may be learned three groups at one time in groups of 25 persons, the training programs consist of 35-hour theoretical course and 33-hour practical training.

       During working years of the training center (from December 2005 to December 2007) taking into account the big content of performed building-organizational works for training center, here were conducted the training of 4724 persons, 1693 from them – at RUE “MTW”, 2612 persons – in regions of Republic of Belarus and 419 persons in CIS countries and far abroad countries.

       The training conducts mainly in off-season, in terms agreed with customer as at MTW and with departure to customer.

       Specialists of the training center constantly improve the training process, work in order as much as possible to approach the training process to a customer.
