• Stadium for hand games with volleyball, basketball and gorodki grounds on "Tractorostroiteley" boulevard, 7155 sq. meters total area;
• Sport and Recreation Centre (bath) with small and large saunas, and gym;
• Social objects in agricultural production unit "Gaina" of Logoisk region.

Subsidiary RSUE "MTZMedservis" includes medical centres:

• Clinic for 850 visits per shift;
• 20 aid posts in the territory of the enterprise;
• Preventive center;
• Chemist's shops;
• "Rudnya" boarding house with treatment in Logoisk area - 250 beds;
• “Vyacha” recreation center in the Minsk region with 140 beds.

The subsidiary RDUP "MTZTorgservis" includes the network of trade and catering enterprises:

• 18 dining-rooms for 2,065 seats, located in the territory of the works;
• 13 buffets for 364 seats;
• Restaurant;
• 2 pancake houses;
• 2 pastry shops;
• 3 convenience stores;
• 2 shops "Products”;
• Specialty store “Levsha”;
• Dining №175;

The facility, part of the subsidiary UE "Kultservis" MTW:

• Palace of Culture with the auditorium for 750 seats.
